All Casimir staff, postdocs, PhD students and students of the Casimir pre-PhD track are cordially invited to celebrate our tenth anniversary at the beach near The Hague. At noon, prof. dr. Marileen Dogterom will discuss with us the question 'Can we create an artificial cell?'. Her lecture is followed by a presentation by the artist and Delft-alumnus Theo Jansen, who will show us his newborn creatures (click on the picture in the below).

Participation is free of charge, but registration is required.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to register anymore. If you want to be placed on our waiting list, please contact Charlotte Laurense.

LOCATION

 The location is easy reachable by car (free parking) or public transport (bus or tram). After registration, you will receive an e-mail with the directions. Please indicate in the registration form if you will arrange your own transportation, or if we need to do that for you.
