Professor dr. Marileen Dogterom is elected by the Dutch Royal Academy for Arts and Sciences (KNAW) to become an Academy member. Each year the KNAW selects outstanding scientists for a lifelong membership. Currently, the Academy has about 500 members. Marileen Dogterom, Chair of the BN department in Delft, is one of the sixteen new members that will be installed on 12 September 2016.
