The Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO) has awarded two grants for research facilities at TU Delft.  Akira Endo of the Kavli Institute of Nanoscience, in collaboration with Paul van der Werf of Leiden Observatory, received €755,000 for the development of a chip that can be used to observe young galaxies.
