Target group
The training is intended for PhDs who have been conducting research for at least six months and who sometimes question how they will manage to structure their dissertation.
Objective
This training will teach you how to get a better grip of your research and everything related to it, using management principles and methods. You will be able to handle complex situations more efficiently and more effectively, and will gain more enjoyment from your work. Content Over a period of two days you will look in detail at how to organise your research. The first day focuses on the person studying for his or her PhD and his or her methods of planning and organisation. During the second day the relationship with the environment (your mentor, supervisor, colleagues, etc.) is addressed. Working method Theory and practice are equally important in this training course.
