TU Delft has appointed physicist Dr Yaroslav Blanter as Antoni van Leeuwenhoek professor. The Antoni van Leeuwenhoek chairs at TU Delft are intended for the early promotion of outstanding scientists to professorships in order for them to optimally pursue the ongoing development of their academic careers.
