On Tuesday September 13th, the Leiden Institute of Physics (LION) organizes the seventh edition of its annual Science Day.
The goal is to showcase the newest research at LION, to connect with everybody across disciplines, and of course to introduce first year master students and new PhD students to our institute. There will be two special ‘advice sessions’ for Master students and first year PhD students. Everyone is welcome, but registration is mandatory! Please register at this link.
We will again have the event at the Hortus Botanicus in Leiden. Between research talks and pub quiz, there will be ample time to frolic among exotic plants and discuss the challenges and joy of doing physics. Lunch and coffee will be provided, and for last year MSc and PhD students, the day will be followed by drinks.
