How to optimize your performance, stay socially engaged, and work on your health at the same time? Join the Health Coach Program! A new group will start on 3 August 2020. This compact 3-months summer program (the time investment will be about 16 hours) will encompass workshops and individual coaching. Together with your coach you will look at personal and environmental factors that influence your health and performance, and which of these factors you want to influence. The goal is making sustainable long-term changes, for the better!
