First International Workshop on Quantum Computer Architecture
Quantum computing is gaining in maturity and world-wide there are more and more initiatives on this topic. At this stage, it is crucial to include the perspective and knowhow of the computer engineering field in this initiative, which is why this workshop is organized.
The workshop on Quantum Computer Architecture is therefore focused on the architectural aspects and challenges when building a large-scale quantum system. The following topics will be discussed:
Industrial interest and perspective
Quantum applications
System architecture view
Quantum compilers, languages and runtime support
Quantum microarchitecture
Fault-tolerant computation
The workshop will be held in Delft at the Culture centre of Delft University of Technology
Everybody from computer engineering, computer science and microarchitecture is invited to participate.
