NWO Physics is a large congress that provides a topical overview of physics in the Netherlands. Traditionally, young researchers are given the chance to present themselves and their work alongside renowned names from the Dutch and international physics community. The programme covers Statistical physics & soft condensed matter, Physics of fluids, Plasma & fusion physics, Quantum physics, Nanoscale physics, Atomic, molecular and optical physics, Materials physics, Particle physics, Astroparticle physics and Physics for technology.
Deadline for abstract submission of oral presentations is November 7, 2022, at 12:00 noon CET. For posters, the deadline is January 9 2023.
The deadline for registration is February 3rd 2023.
Abstracts can be submitted for oral presentations in the parallel sessions (12 minutes talk + 3 minutes questions) and for poster presentations. Please follow the guidelines carefully when submitting your abstract(s). Abstracts have to be submitted by the first author.
The main objective of the parallel and poster sessions is for young researchers to present their work. Therefore, preference will be given to abstracts by postdocs and PhD candidates. Due to venue capacity, participation to the conference for MSc and BSc students cannot be guaranteed, therefore MSc and BSc students are not allowed to submit an abstract for an oral or poster presentation.
More information and the links for registration and abstract submission can be found on the NWO website.
