For our November Quarterly Event, WIQD is delighted to welcome Robert Baker, CEO of Potentia Talent Consulting, a recognised expert in engaging men in gender balance. Robert had a 40 year career in global HR consulting and now runs his own firm, specialising in advising organisations on how to build diverse and inclusive workplaces.

Our event will explore the rationale for gender balance and why men should engage with it. We will also have an open discussion on what success looks like and how to achieve it. Join us for this ground breaking event to learn more about a key organisational issue and have your say in how all genders can work together to achieve a more balanced and happier workplace.
