Caring Universities is an initiative that aims to monitor and improve the psychological well-being of students. Students are invited once a year to complete an online questionnaire about their mental well-being. If the questionnaire shows that the student suffers from symptoms, a free online program can be followed anonymously, with personal guidance of an online coach. The programs are aimed at improving mood, reducing stress, coping with the COVID-19 pandemic and reducing procrastination. These programs are also available for students who do not complete the questionnaire or have no symptoms.
