QuTech congratulates Marta Pita Vidal on her nomination for TU Delft Best Graduate 2019! During her graduation project, Marta worked on the development of a hybrid fluxonium, a device that combines two of the main approaches to quantum computation: superconducting qubits and topological qubits. She is now a PhD student at the Kouwenhoven lab.

Every year, TU Delft's eight faculties nominate their Best Graduates. At the TU Delft Best Graduate Award Ceremony on 12 November, each of the nominees presents their graduation project. The competition is fierce and only one nominee will be awarded the prestigious title of TU Best Graduate. Read more
