Protein sequencing remains an enormous challenge, especially when only small samples are available. A highly sensitive sequencing technology, ideally addressing proteins at the single-molecule level, will create the opportunity for single-cell proteomics and real-time screening for on-site medical diagnostics, and will pave the road towards the development of a new, fast, and reliable diagnostic tool for healthcare.
This conference gathers leading figures in biophysics, who are pioneering the development of single-molecule protein sequencing techniques. This international conference will be held in a history city, Delft, in the Netherlands.
