To explain last week's exciting discovery of primordial B mode polarization of the cosmic background radiation, one of the cleanest predictions of inflation, we have organised a special colloquium on Wednesday. It will be given by Dr Daniel Baumann from the Centre for Theoretical Cosmology in Cambridge. Daniel is an expert in the subject and a great speaker.

The colloquium is intended for members of the physics and astronomy departments, and will take place downstairs in the De Sitter zaal on Wednesday (March 26) at 2pm.
