Working in an academic environment is not always easy and sometimes stress-inducing. This workshop will help you develop your academic resilience, providing skills to help you pursue your goals even in challenging circumstances.

Topics include: 

  • Identifying stressful events
  • Getting to know your talents and personal skills
  • Your interaction with the environment
  • Coping strategies such as mindfulness

What you'll learn

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Identify your personal talents and skills
  • Recognise your interaction with the environment
  • Recognise the characteristics of stressful events and your reaction to them
  • Implement coping strategies to navigate the challenging academic environment
  • Apply mindfulness to improve your well-being
