Abstract:

Organization of the pigments is very important for the light-harvesting systems. Single Molecule Spectroscopy was shown to be a useful tool for studying the organization/reorganization of individual light-harvest systems. The reorganization of the PBI J-aggregates and the organization of BChls in the chlorosomes were studied by using spectra, lifetime and polarization properties.
