‘Your choices of today impact your performance tomorrow!’ Do you experience difficulties in maintaining focus and energy while working from home? In these challenging times it's essential to stay healthy and productive. In this session you will learn how basic choices in food consumption and physical exercise can improve your blood flow and brain performance, already within a few hours. We will teach you key lessons from health research and recovery sciences, which will show you how you can gain rapid improvements in cognition, learning and memory, attention, mood, optimism, perseverance and recovery (both mentally as well in sports performance). 

Speaker's bio

Health Coach Program director dr. ir. Luuk Simons has a background in biophysics. Over the past 10 years, his company has helped many TU Delft employees to improve their heart health, brain health, and immune health.
