There is a fee for course participation. This fee should be paid by your institute or graduate school. This means that you will need a budget (SAP) number to register. Please consult your supervisor to find out which number to use.
- Employed PhD candidates: if you are a PhD candidate with employee status, you will need a budget (SAP) number to register (choose the 'Register (Staff)' button). Please consult your supervisor or institute manager to find out which number to use.

- If you have registered for a course, but you don’t show up because it turns out that you can’t make it, the graduate school or institute will be charged with the costs for the course.
