In the Graduate School newsletter, you can also read their statement: "Unfortunately, due to shortages in the current staffing levels at the Graduate School Office, it may happen that your question or request about intake or promotion cannot be dealt with as quickly at this time. We are doing our very best to clear the current backlog in handling all questions and requests. You can reach the Graduate School Office by telephone  and e-mail.
