The biotech industry, like science itself, relies on creating, analyzing and structuring data. Because of the ecosystem that biotech has become, we have very specialized methods to do this. However, this relatively closed ecosystem also means we occasionally miss the opportunity to solve our problems with solutions from outside our industry. The Biotech Data Initiative aims to discuss these possibilities to increase the efficiency of our workplace productivity.
