PROGRAM

Quantum Software Consortium (QSC) training

Date:

Location:

Lorentz Center, Oort building, Leiden

This Quantum Software Consortium (QSC) training related to quantum internet at the Lorentz Center in Leiden will be on Tuesday March 31 and
Wednesday April 1.

Key lecturers: Ronald de Wolf (Amsterdam) and Wolfgang Löffler (Leiden

Ronald will teach a mini-course on potential applications for quantum internet (beyond QKD and CHSH, which almost everybody already knows).
Wolfgang will teach a mini-course on quantum hardware (in particular photonic and spin qubits) and important applied and fundamental challenges.

The training days are aimed at all scientists working on experimental and theoretical quantum sciences, from quantum algorithms to simulations to
quantum networks, and from superconducting to diamond to photonic qubits.

In the afternoon of April 1st there will be a second edition of the QSC Junior Days, for PhD students and postdocs only.

Please save the dates (March 31 10:00-20:00 including dinner; April 1 10:00- to be decided) for these two days !
Registration for the training is free but required. More details will follow later.
